Karupar Group was founded by Late Shri M. Renganathan, KR. Muthukaruppan and KR. Ramaswamy, 8th and 9th generation members of the prominent AMKMK Family of Karaikudi, Chettinad in the year 1997. Our name draws from our deep reverence to our Kuladevatā, Arulmigu 18th Padi Karupar of Azhagar Kovil, Madurai. This reverence binds us to maintain and honor any project that we set forth to do with utmost integrity and professionalism

Karupar Enterprizes is our property development arm and has been delivering residential properties that carry the strength to be called home by successive generations. Since our first project in 2000, we have navigated nearly three decades of Tamil Nadu's evolving real estate landscape, developing a deep expertise in delivering projects on time across the state without any compromise in quality

Karupar Enterprizes is currently helmed by KR. Ramaswamy and KR. Muthukaruppan, two of the co-founders of the group, with the former overseeing active management of all ongoing projects
